Mechanical issues surface with World of Outlaws at Red Cedar
Jesse entered World of Outlaws Late Model Series action on Sunday night at the Red Cedar Speedway in Menomonie, WI and after a very impressive runner up finish in his heat race, he was scheduled to start 3rd in the feature, but suffered mechanical issues which prevented him from taking the green flag.
